Payment Methods
I. Methods of Payments.
At D9Firearms we work to provide the best possible service for a reasonable cost. In an effort to mitigate large overhead costs associated with billing, credit cards, check cashing while still offering convenience we have setup four payment options. We have listed the four payment options below:
Cash – Cash is always good and always accepted. For our out of town clients we don’t recommend this method and prefer that you use one of the other three, but you already knew that. We will expedite and guarantee immediate shipping.
Personal and Cashiers Checks, Bank or Postal Money Orders - These are always welcome. When sending one of these forms of payment please allow several days to clear the check with the bank. If the check is drawn on a local/national bank we will cash it there to expedite the transaction.
Credit Cards – We accept Discover, Visa, and Master Card. When using a credit card, we are able to expedite your purchase and it offers you more purchase protection especially for our out of town clients. With this added protection and expedited processing we add an additional 2.5% to the total price to guarantee immediate shipping of your firearm.
Lay away – We offer a lay away plan to all of our clients. We work on the honor system and request the following when placing an item on lay away:
Provide a 10% down payment. On special purchases this will not be refunded in the event of a cancellation. On general inventory items cancellation we will typically refund your entire down payment in the event of a cancellation.
Provide D9Firearms the amount and frequency in which you would like to pay. Balloon payments are fine as long as a reasonable regular payment is made. We ask that you limit the lay away to a maximum of 2 months. There is no additional charge for this.

II. Return Policy.
At D9Firearms we place more emphasis on the front end of your purchase to help insure you are purchasing the best product for your needs. We recognize that sometimes once you get the product out it’s not exactly what you wanted.
In the event the product has been used we will be unable to accept as returned as new product. In this event we offer a consignment page to list your item.
If the product is defective in any manor we will assist you in getting the proper return forms to return it to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. Generally most manufactures offer excellent customer service in this area.
If the product is an inventory item and it has not been used we will gladly accept it and refund your money.
If the product was a special order we will work with you to determine the best possible solution, which could include a charging the restocking fee at the wholesaler or placing the item on the consignment page.
